Age is not a barrier but a transition marker. A name that comes to mind is Colonel Harland David Sanders. When it comes to older business people, he’s the the perfect example. Indeed, he’s the epitome of success. At age 65 he retired. Feeling like he was a failure, he was ready to commit suicide. But he realized how good of a cook he was. So he borrowed $87, fried up some chicken using his recipe and went door to door, selling it. And you know what happened – his retirement project became the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Empire.
